1、6S and Visual Management
"6S" is Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seikeetsu, Shitsuke, safety, originated in Japan. 6S is to create and maintain the process and methods of organization, cleanliness and efficient workplace, can educate, inspire and develop good "human" habit, visual management can instantly identify normal and abnormal conditions, also can quickly correct message across.
2、JIT
JIT originated in the Toyota Motor Corporation, the basic idea is "only when needed, produce the desired product according to the needed amount." The core of this production is to pursue a non-stock production system, or to achieve the minimum inventory of production systems.
3、Kanban Management
Kanban is a Japanese noun that means labels or cards hung on or attached to the container or group of parts, or various colors of lights, television picture on the assembly line. Kanban can be used as means of communication production management information. Kanban card contains a considerable amount of information and can be used repeatedly. There are two commonly used Kanban: Production Kanban and Delivery Kanban.
4、Zero Inventory Management
Inventory management is a part of supply chain, also the most basic part. For the manufacturing sector, strengthen inventory management can shorten and gradual eliminate residence time of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products, reduce invalid jobs and waiting time, prevent shortages, improve customer three elements of the satisfaction "quality, cost, delivery" .
5、TPM
TPM originated in Japan, is the way to full participation, creating a well-designed equipment systems, improving the utilization of existing equipment, achieving safety and quality, preventing failure, enabling businesses to reduce costs and improve overall productivity.
6、Using Value Stream Mapping to identify waste
Production process is full of amazing waste, Value Stream Mapping is Infrastructure and key points to implementation of lean systems, elimination of process waste.
7、Design Line Balancing
Due to the irrational line, the production workers move needlessly, thus reducing production efficiency; because the action arrangement is unreasonable, and process route is irrational, workers who repeatedly picked up or down the workpiece.
8、Pull Systems and Complementary Pull System
Pull production is as a means of Kanban management, the use of "reclaimer system" that following process and produce according to the "market" needs, take the same amount shortage from the previous process, thus forming the whole process of pulling thecontrol system, never produce a more product. IT needs is pull production as basis, Pull System Operation is typical feature of lean production. Lean pursue zero inventory, mainly through the operation way of the pull system.
9、IE
Through the analysis of the production process, to understand the extent of automation and configuration of operating staff, while take elimination, consolidation, simplification way to optimize the process.
10、Mistake-proofing Technique
To enhance the monitoring of product characteristics to achieve an optimum level, through the use of engineering techniques for error proofing, to prevent products passing to next process or delivery after the occurrence of adverse characteristics. In the design and development stage of the product should be taken mistake-proofing technologies, including when the improvement measures to be taken for subsequent abnormal quality analysis.
11、Continuous Improvement
Continuous improvement is the eternal pursuit of a business, in the production process, based on data analysis, goal management, ad hoc surveys and other ways to conduct effective continuous improvement actions, in order to achieve the desired goal of each stage of the production process.
